Now, react…

When a disturbance is encountered in the mental scape, typically, the response is more automaton (you see, thats the automaton) – “a disturbance has been encountered, something must be done, and done immediately, otherwise my happiness will be disturbed.. blah, blah, blah, i am hungry, i need to sleep, i feel like going home, i dont feel like washing dishes” – THAT automaton. I believe the right response is less automaton — obviously, if you could use the “no-automaton” you will, but that you cannot — the response is to slow down, measure the disturbance, measure when/how it needs reacted to, if it does need reaction. Now, do. And, Voila! The disturbance has been dealt with, and with the right response.

  1. 🙂

  2. Yes. Very nice. As in Kabbalah, the heart (experience, emotion, woman) must not be disregarded, but the head is placed OVER the heart….
