Where fools presume, the wise exhibit caution. Fools don’t think enough to think about what a person said to decode what he meant. The wise work hard at knowing precisely what to say to evoke what they want from another. But with fools, all reason and (hence) prediction, fail.



  1. As you say fools are random; so wise men may end up unable to evoke the desired response…unless the response expected is totally random
